Return Policy:

Cancellation under the Distance Selling Regulations:

– You have 14 days to get to know your new vehicle and to make sure it suits you. If you change your mind just let us know in an email to aftersalesprodrivehub@hotmail.com and to reach us by 6pm on the 14th day following delivery and you can return the vehicle to Prodrive Hub Ltd for a refund. We cannot accept a return of the car if it has been damaged, modified or altered from the condition it was delivered in. After 14 days we do not accept any return. An excess mileage charge of £2 per mile for any mileage over 20 miles in those 14 days will apply. if you do change your mind you cannot use the car once you have notified us but you must still tax and insure the vehicle until it is returned to us. We can collect the car at a cost to you, please check the delivery section on our website for the mileage based cost, this will be deducted from your refund.

– Any administration charge are non refundable -all our vehicles get a full valet before sale. If the return vehicle is not in the same condition as it was at the time of sale, there may be a charge of up to £100.

Cancellation face to face Sales :

– You have 7 days to get to know your new vehicle and to make sure it suits you. After 7 days we do not accept any return. If you change your mind just let us know in an email to aftersalesprodrivehub@hotmail.com and to reach us by 6pm on the 7th day following delivery and you can return the vehicle to Prodrive Hub Ltd for a refund. We cannot accept return of the car if it has been damaged, modified or altered from the condition it was delivered in. An excess mileage charge of £2 per mile for any mileage over purchase miles in those 7 days will apply. if you do change your mind you cannot use the car once you have notified us but you must still tax and insure the vehicle until it is returned to us. We can collect the car at a cost to you, please check the delivery section on our website for the mileage based cost, this will be deducted from your refund.

– Any Trade Sales/Part exchange/Category vehicle do not come with any warranty sold as seen. No return accepted.
